The Highlander Aquatics girls 4x200 free relay team which competed at the recent Speedo Junior Championships Southeast in Orlando, set a new U.S. Junior Championship record with their time of 7:24.71. The previous time was 7:25.50 set by the Meckenburg team in 1996.

The relay team was made up of: Kim Roberston (1:50.77), Desiree Stahley (1:49.90), Andrea Georoff (1:52.76) and Brooke Taylor (1:51.28).
