Dirk Lange, who leaves his post as senior coach to the German national team at the end of the year, is ready to hit the ground running at the helm of a new consultancy.
Personal mentor to the likes of Sandra Voelker and Mark Foster down the years and in charge of the national teams of South Africa and Germany in recent years, Lange has established a consultancy business through which he will offer advice and guidance on elite swimming training.
The details of Lange's latest move can be found at his new website and Facebook page.
Lange's departure from the DSV, the German swim federation, was announced last week by mutual agreement after months of disagreement over the direction of the national swim team programme led by performance head Lutz Buschkow, also in charge of diving, the sport he hails from.
